inheritance: that which constitutes one as an heir

What do you think of, when you think of an heiress? I think of someone who can do pretty much whatever. She never runs out of resources, and has a staff at her beckon call to make things happen. Daddy is always behind her. She was born into wealth and position.

Such it is with daughters of King Jesus.

Though our motives are different, our new birth, brings us into a family of unlimited resources and power. King Jesus is our daddy. He has assigned the angels to minister to us and has promised us an eternity in glory.

It's quite an inheritance!

How would your life be different, if you viewed yourself as an heiress?

With the kids: I've never met a girl without a healthy dose of princess fever. Next time your little princess adorn herself in her finest, begin talking to her about how daughters of King Jesus are REAL princesses. ...or when your little knight heads out to conquer the enemy, remind him that sons of the King have unlimited resources and access to God's power.
