We had some great talks around here this week as we read our verses, but I think the most special thing was watching my second born put his Valentine box together for school. My kids go to public school, but they are allowed to share their beliefs as children - and I'm so proud that mine do. It makes your heart flutter, ya know?
To me, the things our kids do show what they are really gathering from home. I blessed blessed by my Ri Guy this week. Here is what he wanted his friends to know:
God made you because he loves you.
God loves you very much.
God loves you because you're different.
You can tell God loves you because he sent his only son to die for you.
....and yes, it is toilet paper in the background. Ri's wrapping of choice. :)
